Best of 2023

This whole year, I’ve felt like my photography has been slacking. But as I went through my records, I’ve had a pretty good year of shooting. These are some of my favorite photographs of the year.

Claudia Tisdale. Wonderful model. I love the tones in this shot.

Brie Garza. Really great model that I’ve gotten to know a bit over the last few years. When I saw the No Vacancy sign, I knew I needed to include it in the shot. Doesn’t really mean anything, but its cool.

Downtown Chicago. Travis Hymel, an incredible artist and one of my closest friends..

I don’t do a lot of concert photography, but I will occasionally go out for my friends, such as Sean Mooney.

This year, I returned to Arizona for the first time in twenty years. Caught this image of a woman at an art village in Sedona.

I sort of lied earlier. While it’s generally true that I don’t do a lot of concert photography, I have done a bit more this year. This is my friend Trina Storm performing back up vocals and bass for the Jak Locke Rock Show.
